Easy Maintenance and Cleaning

The Tablex-PRO metal detector’s design enables fast strip-down without tools for regular maintenance and extremely easy clean-down. Both the Tablex-PRO and Pharma GF-PRO’s reject devices are designed to be easily assembled or dismantled without tools and all electronic components are fully removable enabling product contact parts to be fully submerged during wash down for thorough cleaning.

Performance Validation Made Easy

Tablex-PRO and Pharma-GF-PRO metal detectors prompt performance validation and alert operators and QA/QC personnel when performance validation is due or overdue. Built-in pharmaceutical industry specific performance validation software routines (PPVR) provide step-by-step guidance for QA/QC testing. It can be configured to ensure that system performance is validated and results are captured to meet regulatory requirements and demonstrate due diligence.
