ParticleTrack G400 mit FBRM-Technologie ist ein sondenbasiertes Instrument, das direkt in Laborreaktoren eingeführt wird, um dort Änderungen der Partikelgrösse und -anzahl bei voller Prozesskonzentration in Echtzeit zu erfassen. Partikel, Partikelstrukturen und Tröpfchen werden kontinuierlich unter variablen Versuchsbedingungen überwacht. Somit erhalten Wissenschaftler die Informationen, die für die Herstellung einheitlicher Partikel mit den geforderten Eigenschaften erforderlich sind.
Partikelgrösse und -anzahl haben einen direkten Einfluss auf die Leistung mehrphasiger Prozesse, z. B. Kristallisation, Emulgierung und Flokkulation.
